Free entrance to all.
All cosplayers are required to bring their own costumes,props, materials, tool and any properties are entirely of their own risks. The organizer will not be responsible for any damage/loss of items.
Cosplayers are also required to dress decently, nudity is strictly forbidden within the Berjaya Times Square.
Prizes will be forfeited should the winner is not present at the time of presentation, performance and/or prize giving.
Participants of any activities should present in front of the stage 10 minutes before the activity begins.
