Yesterday I spent about 1 hours+ on Dell online course “ITIL V3 – ITIL and the Service Lifecycle”…
This is just a very basic course that suitable for individuals preparing for the ITIL V3 Foundation exam…Wonder when I can go for the exam…lol

And I’m taking online course for “Basics of Six Sigma Projects and Teams”….Hope this will really help to improve myself….lol
