Yesterday I spent about 1 hours+ on Dell online course “ITIL V3 – ITIL and the Service Lifecycle”…
This is just a very basic course that suitable for individuals preparing for the ITIL V3 Foundation exam…Wonder when I can go for the exam…lol

1,900 jobs cut at Limerick Dell plant

Thursday, 8 January 2009 10:10 – Dell has announced they cutting the workforce at its plant in Limerick by 1,900 in the next 12 months.
