Failed to load Wii Sports Resort?

 
This is what I did to get it to work after I tried soooo many solutions from net:
My system configurations:

Wii Korean modded to English 3.2U
cIOS38_rev13,IOS249-64-v10,IOS250-64-v65535-CIOS36R10
USB Loader GX R571
