Absolute Moments

Finally I got my Wii console upgraded to 4.0U after I long fight with my dilemma whether wanna upgrade 4.0U or not due to some concerns especially afraid I did it wrongly and bricked…haha!

Why I decided to upgrade to 4.0U? The main reason is SD Menu, because I need more disk space issue. I have installed few WiiWare and it taken up a lot blocks.

Here is the easiest guide that I found online. Hope this useful for you as well.

Preparation:

1. Wad Batch installer

2. Sytem Menu installer (.wad), Please make sure you download the correct region:
a. Jap 4.0J：Systemenu416.rar
b. USA 4.0U：Systemenu417.rar
c. Euro 4.0E：Systemenu418.rar

3. 4.0 installer pack

Notes:

a. If 3.2 –> 4.0, You will need to place IOS30.wad(included in WII_4.0U_All_Hacked_Firmware.rar) and Systemenuxxx.wad (Depends which region you using) into SD card x:\wad\.

b. If 3.4 –> 4.0, You will need to place IOS50.wad(included in WII_4.0U_All_Hacked_Firmware.rar) and Systemenuxxx.wad (Depends which region you using) into SD card x:\wad\.

c. if lower than version 3.x, then you will need to place IOS20.wad(included in WII_4.0U_All_Hacked_Firmware.rar) and Systemenuxxx.wad (Depends which region you using) into SD card x:\wad\.

4. Download WII_4.0U_All_Hacked_Firmware.rar(Password: www.91wii.com) and extract all files into your SD card x:\installer folder.

Installation:
1. Launch Homebrew Channel and Run Wad Batch installer. It will auto install all the IOS and channels wads located under your SD card x:installer folder.

2. Once installation completed, make sure no error found. If yes, please Google for the error…you will get a lot results on those errors messages.

3. Launch Homebrew Channel and Run Channel File Manager，choose Wii Nand, then choose first option. Double check if IOS60 in the list. Please make sure IOS60 is installed before you follow next step. If IOS60 was not installed, please grab CIOS60BF.wad from WII_4.0U_All_Hacked_Firmware.rar and install it with Channel File Manager or Wad Manager.

4. Exit from Channel File Manager, and Run Channel File Manager again. Select SD Slot, then choose Systemenuxxx.wad and install it.

5. Once System Menu installation done, restart Wii and you get yourself with Firmware 4.0 now! Enjoy!

我的Wii主机是3.2U韩软刷。
之前只用过杂牌512mb，但是尝试了用Sandisk SDHC 4GB，但Wii不认我的4GB卡。
今早上网找一找，尽然找到方法用到4GB卡。

首先，
需要用SDFormatter 2.0.0.3格式化SD卡。

注：我尝试过用windows系统的工具来格式化然后做完以下的步骤但是失败。

安装SDFormatter 2.0.0.3后，在Option里选着以下设置：
Format Type: QUICK
Format Size Adjustment = OFF
注：以上是默认的设置

格式化后，把你现有在旧的SD卡资料全部复制到新的4GB卡里。
复制完后，你可以随意加入你要放的资料进入4GB卡里。
好了，最后一步了，查看你还剩下的容量，
如果容量不低于1.9GB，Wii还是认不到这个卡，
所以你必须复制一些比较大的档案进入4GB卡里直到卡的现有容量低于1.9GB就可以了。
我自己复制了很多rmvb戏，mp3。。。哈哈。。。

现在你可以放入Wii然后开始用了！

Last week I bought 3 Rings Macro Extension Tube from Ebay and this is my 3rd transaction with ndbirdhk if not mistaken.

I just got it today via Registered mail after waiting for 10 days which actually the delivery time is much more faster than previous transactions…lol

Here is the item I purchased. It consisted of 3 different length of rings, you can unscrew any of it based on your needs. Oh ya, this product do not have any chip attached, so you have to use Manual Focus..fun ler? haha,…

Here is the result which I tested with all 3 ring + 50mm f/1.8:

I can do macro at around +-5cm distance. Can you see the dirt between each character? I can’t see it so clear with my eyes…Yucks! so dirty 1! haha!

After so long…finally I uploaded and submitted 12 new photos to Shutter Stock from my Victoria collection.

Not sure how many of them get approved…haha…need to pray hard!

昨天我们整个team一伙上云顶搞Team Building。这次的活动竟然在短短几天内策划和进行。。。还真的很累。

我们大概花了一小时半的时间从KL Sentral出发到Skyway再到Highland Hotel，那辆巴士还真的驾得很快。。。怕怕。。。

我们在KL Sentral购买genting的package，巴士+skyway+all park才RM42。。。便宜到。。。

如果你打算要买的话，最好早几天去买。。。每辆都满座的。。。。

看完Motion Master 4D后和合照。。。有些失踪了。。。
